Presentation Guidelines are now available at the website. Please, read them carefully and don’t forget to fill, sign and submit the Consent Form for video recordings.
The deadline for Late Registration (May 31st, 2016, 24:00 GMT+1) is rapidly approaching. Note that after May 31st, participants can only register on-site at the venue, with higher fees.
The deadline for Early Registration (April 30, 2016, 24:00 GMT+1) is rapidly approaching. Note that remarkably higher fees apply for Late Registration (from May 1 to May 31, 2016). To cover each paper, at least one of the authors must complete a Full Registration (including payment) by April 30, 2016.
The Technical Program of Odyssey 2016 is now available.
It's tentative, and thus subject to change, but only minor changes can be expected.
The Industry & Forensics track and the Show & Tell session are both allocated, but their programs are still under development.
After numerous requests, we have extended the deadline for uploading camera ready papers to Wednesday April 13, 24:00 GMT+1. Please, check your paper and upload an improved version, for the success and quality of Odyssey 2016. Thanks for your help.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The travel agency has warned us about a high hotel occupancy in Bilbao on June 23.
Depending on the hotel of your choice, there might be no rooms available for that night.
Registration to Odyssey 2016 is now open at the website. The registration fee covers all the academic and social activities of the workshop. Payments can be made by wire transfer or by credit card. Note that early registration fees apply only until April 30th, 2016. From May 1st to May 31st, more expensive (late) fees will apply. After May 31st, participants must register on-site at the venue.
The Odyssey 2016 Scientific Committee is now publicly available at the website (see Committees).
As scheduled, Acceptance/Rejection notifications were submitted to authors on March 18, 2016. Authors of accepted papers are encouraged to submit camera ready versions by April 8, 2016, following the reviewers’ recommendations. Please, update your papers using the EasyChair Submission system, following the paper preparation guidelines and using the templates provided at the website (see Submission).
Notifications of paper acceptance / rejection will be sent back to authors on March 18, 2016.
The notification date has been brought forward a few days in order to allow re-submissions to Interspeech.
For those of you that are about to finish a regular (long) contribution to Odyssey 2016, please note that the submission system will accept papers until Sunday February 7, 23:59 GMT+1.
The Special Issue of Computer Speech and Language has been approved (follow the link added to the post workshop section in the left menu). Authors with best reviews at Odyssey 2016 will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers.
